為眼睛提供更高保護

要好好地保護我們的眼睛,我們要從日常生活入手,培養良好的習慣。以下是一些護眼小貼士:

  • 要保持良好的閱讀姿勢,光線要充足
  • 不要長時間使用電子用品(電腦、手機、遊戲機),要有適當的休息時間
  • 充足睡眠時間
  • 在猛烈陽光下應戴上太陽眼鏡

每天太陽和燈光都在不斷地發射紫外線、可見光、紅外線等光波,如果在戶外活動時,沒有適當的眼鏡保護眼睛,對眼睛的傷害也是很嚴重的。例如要挑選一款適合自身運動要求的太陽眼鏡非常重要。首先是抗UVA和UVB的防輻射鏡片是最基本的,另外一個重要因素是鏡片的顏色,很多人以為鏡片的顏色都是為了美觀。其實,美觀只是其次,主要是不同功能或顏色的鏡片對光線的過濾程度不一樣,所以它適合活動的環境也有所不同。


瑞士寶全面眼科視光檢查可為4歲以上兒童至成人服務,包括以下檢查項目:

  1. 視力及屈光度數檢查
    本中心為不同年齡層的應診者提供視力檢查,視光師會為應診者檢測視力(視野清晰度)以及眼球屈光度數(包括近視、遠視、散光或老花)。

除為了發現眼疾,眼科檢查亦可提供準確的光學度數,用作驗配合適度數的眼鏡,有助矯正視力。瑞士寶視光體驗中心提供眾多優質鏡框供長者選擇。視光師會跟據長者的需要量身驗配合適的眼鏡及鏡片,如檢測認為長者需要驗配眼鏡/更新眼鏡度數以矯正視力,驗配費可從醫療券扣除。中心為長者提供有效阻隔紫外線及過濾高能量藍光的鏡片。紫外線會提高患上白內障以及各種眼疾的風險,更會使眼部肌膚老化,造成暗啞、色斑及皺紋等現象。
