閱讀模糊:我的眼睛發生甚麼事?

老花:閱讀模糊是逃不了的歲月痕跡

其實,您的閱讀模糊情況名為老花。跟據美國眼科視光協會解釋,老花是年紀有關的自然眼睛變化且並不算是眼疾。當您閱讀時,有一組名為睫狀肌的眼睛肌肉會收縮,令晶體聚焦在近事物。不過自出世開始,睫狀肌會一直變弱,加上晶體一直增厚,會導致眼睛看近能力持續變弱。

到了40歲時,看近視力便會開始不足,尤其是在字體越細、閱讀距離越近、環境越暗的時候,眼睛需要更多聚焦,因此當您避免太差的閱讀環境,閱讀困難情況會稍為減輕。然而,到了50歲以上,所有人都會有老花症狀。老花本身無法預防或復原。因此您不用為您這種因年齡導致的閱讀困難過份憂慮。同時,不論是避免閱讀、戴老花眼鏡也無法阻止老花出現,您不用因擔心老花加深而對閱讀有所忌憚。

解決您的閱讀困難問題
